I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we were to do business with Dean's. This was a first time experience buying a trailer from a dealer. My husband Rick had just started working on the pipeline a couple of months ago and was needing to take something back with him on Sunday (today is Thursday). We told your staff of the circumstances and they rushed it through and we picked it up on Friday afternoon. We were so excited! Everyone from the front desk, to Marvin, to Kelly and Steve in finance were tremendous. We can't thank you enough for making this an easy transition for us. I would also like to thank Rob, our demo tech, for taking the time to show us some different things about the trailer.
